FEES + FAQ

COST + FEES

Our Call Out Fee is $185 (inc. GST). 
That gets us to your door and includes the first hour of work. After that it's $70 per half hour + parts if we need them.

TRAVEL

Our call out fee ($185) includes travel up to 25km from central Wodonga. If you’re further out, no worries — we just add $2.40 per km for the extra travel.

RESCHEDULING

What happens if we need to change the date of the job? We accept 1 change to date if we have more then 48 hours notice, outside of there will be an additional charge included for administration time to reschedule your job.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

What if we attend a job and it is not covered under warranty? Regretfully, if we attend a warranty claim and it is a fault of installation or the product is out of warranty we will invoice the person who booked they job.
Best way to prevent this is upload proof of purchase + serial numbers at time of booking

BOOKING A JOB  

We will allocate your job into our system and send you an email confirmation.

Our technician will then be in contact on the day of the job to confirm an approximate time.

We generally work of am or pm time allocation.

 

If we attend the job and we are unable to gain access, or the job is not ready you will be charged the appropriate fees. Please refer to our fee schedule if you have any questions.

QUOTES & ESTIMATES 

We understand you don’t wont surprises and accurate quotes take time, so please ensure to provide us with as much information including photos, plans and / or product paperwork that you can prior via our website. These will allow us to give the most accurate indication of the work required to complete the request/s.
